I own a 1995 Intrepid 3.5l, and I'm wondering what would be a good first performance mod (preferably one that's budget-friendly). Keep in mind I live in California, so there may be some limitations there.
I use the spray, which you spray in through the throttle body with the engine running. The best way to do it in my experience is to have someone in the car holding the engine at around 2000 rpm while you spray in the Seafoam.
A question to the Canadian drivers:
Are the wheel led lights legal in Ontario or not? I couldn't find anything specific in the Highway Traffic Act (maybe I missed something..)
Any good/bad experience with that kind of equipment?
Does anyone know if there is a header set made for the 3.3 Intrepids? I know I could have a set made fairly easily, but I would rather just buy a set if there is one out there. Both manifolds broke, and I am thinking about headers if they are not that much more.
Just like the title says, my 99 trep with the 2.7 doesn't give me any codes not even a done after the key dance.
Also I don't see the check engine light when I first turn on the key (which I think I used to)
Any idea what causes this?
remember how back in the day, before the after market really took off, people would gain performance by interchanging stock parts? according to allpar the generations of 3.3 had different hp and torque ratings. and are as follows
3.3L 1990-1993 150 @ 4800 RPM 180 @ 3600 RPM
3.3L 1994-1995 162 @...
