One more painting question to ask. My muffler and the clamp on the front of it are starting to look kind of nasty. I'd like to spray it with some type of matte black/flat black finish so the tip is the only piece that attracts the eye. Is there a paint product I could use on there that will stand up to the heat, etc? I know, another oddball request, but I appreciate any feedback. :grinyes:

Actually the BBQ/Grill paint might work very well. Some of them actually have a nice satin finish, so as not to be shiny enough to attract attention, and not be as flat as it gets dirty easy. I would try that. Let us know how it works out and GET STARTED ON THAT DAMN SIG THREAD!!!!!
