Info. for some basic checks:
Hopefully it's just blown Fuse 16 (first thing to check). Replace if blown. If fogs work and new fuse does not blow, you're done. If new fuse blows, then troubleshoot cause.
UNDERSTAND OPERATION:
3.7.4 FOG LAMP CONTROL
The body control module controls the operation of the fog lamp relay which controls the fog lamps. The fog lamps can only be on if the park or low beam headlamps are on. If the high beams are turned on, the fog lamps will automatically be turned off.
PRIME SUSPECTS:
• Fuse 16 (check fuses with ohmmeter - visual checks are not reliable)
• Fog lamp relay (can swap other same-part relay if suspect)
• Ground G106 connection
• Lamp socket corrosion
