This is probably a dumb question but I'm sure all you experienced car guys are used to dumb questions by now. Lol
So at one of my local parts yards, I came across a 97 Intrepid (same as mine) with a Holley intake part that I assumed was aftermarket.
I'm not sure what part is called, on a 3.5 it's in the center, firewall side, on the intake manifold between the two throttle bodies, and there's an electrical plug going into it.
It said Holley on it so I assumed it was aftermarket. Did Dodge put Holley parts on these motors?
Anyways, I didn't have the right extension on me to remove it or I would've.
Is it worth my time, and money to go back for that part? Or is the stock one good enough?

You are prolly looking at the IAC valve adapter. Holley made various parts on the intakes on the 1Gs. Throttle bodies included.
