The Visions and all other 1st gens used the CCD bus (Chrysler Collision Detection) This high speed bus was used for airbag messages and became the bus used to convey messages between all modules in the car.
The CCD was replaced on the LH by the PCI in 1998. Other cars got PCI later, the LH was the first body to use it.
Sorry, without some kind of prgrammed intermediary between the busses to act as a bridge, it won't work. And said bridge is WAY beyond my abilities. Such a beast has never been built and would involve intimate knowledge of both protocols and a hearty knowledge of programming and hardware design.
Some crazy guy (or more likely, group) is gonna do it..... one of these days! Maybe.
There is a redneck way to get tit to work, but it involves a LOT of fabrication and soldering.
Use the cluster board for your Vision to drive the needles in the 300M gages. You will need to figure some way out to power the VFD for the range indicator and get signal to it and then there's the odometer..... it's just not practical. In fact, the odometer thingy would be a nightmare.
