Growling sound on cold start on '98 ES

Anyone know what might cause a growling sound -- sort of a deep rattle -- on a '98 ES? It's particularly noticable when on cold start and reduces somewhat as the engine warms up. This has been going on forever so surely there's a TSB about it?

Yes there is a tsb. It has to do with a new drive belt tension spec. Nothing to worry about.
