I don't think so, just for the fact the '96 has 4 Oxygen sensors, and pre '96 cars only had 2. Also, the compression ratio's for the 3.5's are different.

One question tho... why?

I dont think It will work. The 94 is OBD I and the 96 is OBDII ( I think)

yankeespeed is right....the 94's use a completely different computer system than 95 and on. Thats why you cant get a superchips performance chip for 95 and later. They changed the computer to ODB II and the 2 systems are incompatible......but plug it in anyways, it would be interesing to see if it does anything at all, which is very doubtfull...
