head rests

I was just wondering how(or if you can) take off the head rests on the front seats. I'm getting some custom seat covers made for my intrepid (because I have the front bench, and also because they are going to be sweet) and its going to be a lot easier to do if you can take them off

I was wondering what size screens fit the headrest, because I'm going to add them also..
