I have a 1997 Chrysler Concorde with the 3.5
8,000 miles on rebult engine and 127,000 on rest of the car.
The problem I am having is when I go over a bump hard I here a
pop sound coming from what seems like the right front.
It also makes the same noise some times when I make a right turn. The main problem though is I have alot of play in the steering wheel when I am driving. Which realy sucks when I accelerate when some one is driving beside me. I beleve maybe control arm bushings but am not sure.
If anybody knows please let me know and around how much it cost to get it fixed if you know.
thanks

Excessive play in steering is definately sway bar links or tie-rod end. I believe that sound you hear is from the tie-rod end. Prices for the parts arent too bad, but the actual labor will get you.
