The oil plug is on the very bottom of the engine oil pan, on the passenger side of it. It will look like just a bolt head. It takes a 13mm wrench or socket.

Just dropping the filter will only get the oil out that is in the filter, which is a quart or less. The drain plug has to be pulled.

Yup!....thats the one I balded...
You mean rounded off? Don't go to the dealer, go to the parts store and get a new drain plug, and a set of vice grips. The vice grips should allow you to break the bolt loose. Once you get it out, replace it with the new one. If the vice grips won't work, a small pipe wrench will almost certainly get it out.

Just make sure that if you do it yourself, that you put the screw in very straight. Our cars have an aluminum pan and it's easy to stripped the thread in the pan and then you'll need a new one....

Try it out you got nothing to lose. They can't charge you extra unless they ask you and you agree. Happened to me at CT they charged 20 extra for "rim cleaning" when I put my summer tires on and I started bitching about it, got to talk to a manager or whatever they are called and he removed the 20$.
