hey whats up man...sorry, ive been trying to figure out how to respond to priv. messages...gave up and decided to just post here...yeah man, that olds i got is a true 2 door POSx2. It runs fine, has a 307 ci v-8...funny story, i havent seen it up close in about a year...im up in boston from school, and the car is currently resting outside a barn in southern MI. i traded an old jackson guitar for it...i bought it w/o looking at it!!! (trust the guy though...if i dont like it i can just throw it back in his yard) my motive was to attempt to make it a weekend runner, something that i could easily find aftermarket parts for (easier than the trep!). its an 86 cutlass supreme, black with rust-accents in the wheelwells and "442" stickers everywhere. doesnt have t-tops (which wouldhave been cooler)...does yours have t's? my dad heard aobut my "purchase" and started laughing...this car is prob never gonna be street-legal, prob wont pass inspection, but i can tool around with it int he garage and the backyard in MI sure as hell...(need to practice my doughnuts and burnouts) we'll see what happens, im prob not giving the car enough credit b/c it is a fn' tank and twice as durable :D i was online last week trying to find parts for it...im gonna try to slap on a set of hooker-heads to duals, and see if i can't pick up a cheap old holley 4-barrel w/an intake plenum from a car-show i could slap on one weekend this summer (assuming i can get a few extra bux! highly doubtful...)

Yo! we must be talking about COMPLETELY different cars. :). The car I got is a 2 door SMALL FWD car. Called a 'Calais Supreme' with the Buick 3.0L engine in it. Had trouble squaking the tires on dry pavement. Very very stiff brake pedal. Hadled snow well. engine ran good, except when the Timing chain stripped. oh.. and the coil packs died (twice). Oh.. and two of the intake lobes on the cam wore out. oh and when the fuel pump died....... was a comfy car tho. was alot 'sportier' than the 'trep. nice small turning radius. ok. enough about that old POS. Maybe I can find a picture for ya. :)
