How to change oil on 3.2

I attempted to use search, but it gives an error message.

Question is I need to change oil on 3.2L 1998 Concorde?

Too lazy, cheap, .......to buy a manual so was wondering how do I go about doing this?

How many Qts, what grade oil, size of wrench needed, location of filter, location of drain plug.

Best side to jack car up on so most oil runs out?

Any tips and tricks? Hey I checked the How To's and found nothing there. Would be a perfect opportunity for someone to write up a good one and get published!
