Here's some stats:
SHE DOESN'T COME WITH THE CAR
It's a more lime-green color.(i can already see people knocking the color)
106,000 miles (it's been driven to Cali, Colorado, east coast areas).
Was a 2-time NOPI winner (98/99)
Offered to me for $5k dollars.
Bad part is I'm in WI and it's in PA, but I figure my original project was going to be $14k in costs and at least this one is already built, so it seems to be a better investment. The miles don't bother me because I bought my Intrepid with 126k miles for $6,000, so that's not an issue.

Tell me what you think.

$5K??? You'd be mighty foolish not to take it...then take the money you saved and repaint it! lol Sorry, but I'm not for that color scheme or the stickers...but the rest of it looks like it would be a steal!

I'm also not a fan of the color, and I know a lot of people are gonna scream "rice" here (I don't care about that). But for 5K, I say go for it man. That's an awesome price!

it is ricey but if all those mods do work then it is less rice than many other cars i've seen (high hp yellow stickers, etc)

thats an amazing price, it seems that the mods themselves are worth the $5k, so thats really kool. yea the paint aint great, but its "raced" out, i dont think it qualifys as "rice". rice = trying to look faster than you really are; doing insanely stupid mods to your vehicle

NATCC cars used a single wiper blade, like the one shown. You can convert nearly any vehicle's wipers into a single blad, but you do loose partial visibility in the range of motion.

ATFCharger - I think someone is pulling your chain, or you're trying to pull ours. If anyone offered that deal to me, I sure wouldn't ask for an opinion here. I'd grab it and run. IMHO there is no one so goofy as to offer up that car for so little money.

I'd have to take that deal, and I agree with the others the paint and the stickers would have to go, I'd paint it one color maybe something metallic make it look like a sleeper. Go for it!!!
