Can the individual vents be replaced, or do I have to buy the entire trim piece?

My son managed to finish the job that my wife started and broke off three of the fins on the right-side A/C vent. I can wedge them back in, but the top one will not stay in place and the other two will fall out if you adjust the vent too much.

If there anything like the 1st gens they should pop right out.
