Makin' a fool of myself

I was out in my 'Corde going to class down the bronx river parkway the other day and I see this beat-up dirty looking blue whatever at the red light a ways up ahead. Well.. since it was just me and him and I didn't feel like breaking my momentum I figured I'd just breeze by him in the next lane. The light had turned green by the time I got there and I rolled past no problem. Then a blue blur shoots by in the other lane fast enough to peel the paint off my doors. Feeling very underpowered, I caught up with him at the next light to find out what I was up against. It may have been dented and dirty but it was still a....... BMW M5.
