Anyone have suggestions/past experiances with exhaust shops?
If so, please help me out. Lacrosse conditioning started this
week, and it makes me want to drive fast. Also, do you guys use
flow masters because they're cheap, or because they actually do
the job better? From my research, I'm heading towards dynomax.
I want to get this stuff done soon (like starting this weekend)
and I have $1,500 (but I want to save some for that zex kit when
it comes out)

Personally, I like the sound of the Flowmaster alot better than the Dynomax. That's just my opinion though. And about the experience with exhaust shops....the only time I have brought my car to one was for my Intrepid. I think they did an awesome job on my exhaust. Sounds great and wasn't too expensive.

exhaust

the best advice I can give on exhaust shops is to ask around first

make sure that someone has already used them and is happy with the work

also be sure you and the shop are in total agreement on what you want done, I have always bought my parts first (usually because buying on-line is a lot cheaper) and then scheduled an appointment with them for install work

make sure they let you know how long they stand behind their work, if they are just going to weld your pipes and say goodbye you prorbably don't want to use them
