Well looks like the majority favour the 9th at the Mall of America.
P3P3 pointed out that we should all meet somewhere beforehand and drive out to the mall as a group. Grant (97 sport platinum) is already meeting me, so I don't see why everyone else can't either.
I say we could all meet at my place, although we couldn't hang around long because there ins't much visitor parking. Now, unless someone has a good place we could meet before hand near the MOA, here is the itinerary:

11:30 Meet at LHSers place to head out to mall.
11:45 Head to mall
12:00-12:10 Arrive West Parking at Mall of America
From there we can decide where we want to go grab a bite to eat, etc. I think you should all take a look at http://www.mallofamerica.com to get an idea of the eaterys there.
Watch this space for a map and directions to my place from the south metro and north metro.

[*]Take 35W North to 694.
[*]Exit on to 694 West
[*]Follow 694 till it splits to I94 West
[*]Take Exit 34 (Shingle Creek Parkway)
[*]Keep right on ramp, exit on to Shingle Creek Parkway heading south.
[*]Go over bridge, go past 2 entrances on the right and go into the 3rd entrance on the right.
Voila, you are there!
From West
[*]Take I94 West to Exit 33
[*]Keep left on ramp
[*]Turn left on to Shingle Creek Parkway
[*]Enter second driveway on right
Voila, you are there as well!

It will be a lot easier for me to meet you all at the Mall.
Some of the nicer lunch spots are quite crowded on weekends, but well worth the wait. Also, Underwater World is another attraction worth seeing. But, we have GOT to do the NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway!

As it turns out, something came up on the 9th for me. I wouldn't be able to get out there till 5 or so. Who thinks they'd still be hangin' out there that late?
Good news guys!! I e-mailed staff at the Mall of America last week seeing if I could reserve 10-15 parking spaces, so we could park next to each other for group photos, etc. Well here is the e-mail I got back today:
I don't believe there is any snow forcast for the next couple weeks. Lets all hope all goes well!

LHSer - You da MAN! Good thinking on getting the ramp opened. I'm coming from St. Paul and will meet you guys at the ramp to Level 7 at 10min to 12.
