Man! I worked 32 straight hours Friday-Saturday, and a "maintainance" guy came to me, and asked what kind of car everyone was driving in my crew. I told him right off the bat, Dodge Intrepid. He then asked "Does it say Deliverance on the windshield, and is purple?" I said yes, cranberry. Then he looked pale as all hell, and said "I am so sorry!" My stomache dropped of course, then he told me he was plowing the plant parking lot, and he stepped out of the truck, slipped, and grabbed onto my mirror. Ganted is was VERY cold, and slippery, I understood. I went to the managment, and they told me today to take it up with him, he is liable, not the company. Well, needless to say, my ONLY day off for about 1 month, is spent calling junk yards, and running my ass all over town trying to find a mirror. Just my luck hehe

LMFAO No man, no fetish. It is the name of a website I've ran for about 8 years now. Just your typical E/N website with tons of Face Of Death type material.

And yes, he is looking himself. I just found one for $75.00, I might give him a call, and find out how he is doing.

At least he owned up to the incident, he could have just let it go like some people(thinking about the crease in rear door of my Ram no note no nothing except a foot long crease)

My wife worked at a company that repaired restraunt equipment, and after just 6 months, the car was full of dents and white scratches, all at the height of the doors on the repair vans that the company uses. I asked her to park farther out, which she did, and the dents stopped.

And yes, no one ever came in and asked who's car they had just dented/scratched.

Yes, I am very greatful that he came out and told me. He's a good man. I actually got off the phone with him a second ago, and he just told me the union is stepping in, and demanding the company to pay for parts, and labor. The man was doing what he was asked, in a insured parking lot, on the clock, and in front of our security building. So, I told him, if the union can save him, then I don't mind waiting a while, so they can fight it out. It kind of bothers me to make him accountable.

Now wait a minute .. the guy works for the same company, and was doing his job when your car was damaged. On company property. Company is liable. That's why they (should) have insurance. Press the issue.

Well, the union is still "fighting" the issue as the VP claims. But he's a dick anyways. He usually takes his sweet ass time in cases that don't effect him. I recently got into a argument with him, and how bad he handles things, and he said "that's it I am resigning in April!"

So needless to say, in due time it will be paid for.

Bothers me to here the company quickly brush off this little situation as "not their fault" and technically it's not they're fault, there's nothing they really could have done to prevent it, but, they have insurance for a reason.

Also, I must say, after my Neon was side-swiped and my neighbours car (Brand-****ing-new 300M) rear ended (both were parked on the street), by a guy who slide his pickup truck, AND THEN drove off, I was really ****ing pissed. This person who came up to you to confess his accident is a big man and although I'll never meet him, I already respect him for his humble actions.
