Ok. I had to take a trip down to DC again for the job. This time instead of flying, I rented a car and drove down. Why add mileage to my car, when i can get the job to pay for a rental, hehehe.
Anyways, i was supposed to get an Intrepid but they were out... so i got a 300M.
I never realized how useful the overhead console is. Not only does it give you your average MPG... but it also tells you your current MPG. For instance... if you are applying a LOT of gas (accelerating) it will fluctuate around 6-12mpg depending on how much you are flooring it. And if you are coasting down a hill applying next to no gas, it can go as high as 50mpg. I even got it up to 99mpg which i think is the limit. Hahaha.
Ok the question is.... how do I get one of these put in.
Are there any 2nd gen owners in NY/NJ that have installed one of these? If so, I want to talk to you.
Im a spaz when it comes to installing stuff like this so I could use a hand. Was it a difficult install? My problem would be installing it so it "looks" factory. I dont want it to hang loose or something like that where its obvious it was installed aftermarket.
Let me know. Thanks
