Not onlywould i do that, but I'd be the official Rice Patrol and go around beating any dumbass with some stupid riced out Civic, Prelude, etc.

or i could just modify my car like on the old tv show Viper(atleast i haven't seen any recent episodes). THen I'd have a whole arsenal of weapons at my fingertips.... like some of those new Rice-Seeking Missles. They lock onto either the nasty yellow accents, or the annoying sound of the fart can
that viper had a TOW-style missile that would fire, grapple to the target car, and then disable its electronic systems. i remember this because once he mistakenly shot the black guy driving a trep, which i found funny. anyway....think what damage an electronics fryer would do to ricers...all their neon would ****, their amps would melt and their 4-bangers would have heart attacks.
