Hey everyone my names Matt, I have a 1999 Dodge intrepid that is my winter car and it has 365,000 miles on it and still running strong. Anyways I'm having trouble with my heater always blowing even when it's off. It's got the automatic climate control, I've heard people say its the blower motor resistor and also I have had people say its the resistor. It doesn't have any speed control and the blower motor is always running no matter what? Any idea's? AND GO!!!!!!!!

the ATC is going south as not reading information so by default the defrost is blowing hot air on high. if you have a salvage yard close by you could try replacing it with a like one from a 1st gen lh. there are threads that might be able to help you on this matter.

First matter of business should be the Climate Control Diagnostics.

After that work on what the Trouble codes tell you.

Could be the ATC head or the Blower Control Module.
