Well, I do not know HOW to create the site itself. Joekd made the site setup for me. But I did figure out how to put the pics on and put a simple template if you will.

yes starting off with templates is a good way to start. just keep on trying to improve it if you got the time, after a while of playing around in HTML I descided to do something in flash, here is my site.
