Note:

I just heard from one of my Ace Buzz Patrollers who shared some new information on the LX launch scheduler. He reports that the Chrysler versions of the LX (LX, LXI and 300N) will be launched first (in 2004). A few months later they will launch the two-box Dodge wagon. The Intrepid replacement, which will be a hardtop (like the 300N) won't show until early in the 2005 model year. After I finish this future product roundup (with MY 2006) I'll pull all the previous columns into one more manageable document which will include updated launch date information.

That means that OTTO is right! Since the Chrysler LX's are coming out in 2004, then they can't build the old Intrepid on the same line as the new LX's!!! That means NO INTREPID at all for 2004!!!

Yikes!!!!!

Thought there was two Intrepid factories though

One in America and one in Canada. Hence, convert one while the other churns out the older models.

:( Well that bites the green weiner doesn't it. I can't believe they would leave the Intrepid out of the line-up considering how many they sell.I wonder what they know that we don't. Thanks for the info Intrepidatious.

It looks just like a 2003. But the owners manual, registration, and insurance all say 2004. It says 2003 under my profile because when the car was ordered, it was supposed to be a 2003. That is when I joined the board. I didn't find out until delivery that I was getting a 2004. As far as actual pictures go, I don't have a digital camera.

They all look the same so how would you know if it were a 2004 or 03 or 02... 98

]I was just wondering jackass.

I read somwhere before that '03, and '04 would be quick cycles to allow for the long conversion process necessary for the plant to produce the LX line. I'd assume they're also making '04 Concores and 300Ms, too.

Now, my '02 R/T seems even older!
