Okay, My first Meet hosted here in Daytona was a huge success.

I want to host one more this year. There is a huge potential for me moving out of state next year so I want one more meet with my Florida Members!

Here is the Deal, I can once again cook up some ribs or some kind of meat, and then every one that shows up bring w/e.

I am also, wanting the group to join in on some Autocrossing! On Sunday, Nov 28th the last SCCA Solo Cross event will be held in deland (20 minutes away). This is a great opportunity to test not only your car, but your skills also.

So, the question is.......

Who wants to watch the oldest LH whoop their butt!?

Allowed to attend for sure. But please don't call anything dealing with Autocross "Bullshit". The kind of sport tends to prove alot about a car and the person driving it.

Sorry about that. The BS comment is my own personal opinion. Like I said...I'd like my daily driver to continue to drive! Spent plenty of time racing in the dirt with motorcycles and pretended on the street with rice rockets! I'm done with racing anything. No doubt the 'cross thing will test a car...just not my thing.

Aye. I use my daily driver. But hey to each his own. Your are welcome to watch.

Also, Instead of a cook out we can try out winghouse or Hooters or someplace on the ocean if wanted.

Any ideas just throw them in here

Wasn't trying to rile you up. Just kind of stating where that type of thing stands with me. I'd be up for watching others run the course though.

Kinda with you on this but without the expletive. IMO, If you wanna play you gotta pay. Just need to keep this in mind when you partake in these activities.
But there are times I floor it getting on the Express way and I see it no more than that, for the most part.

Some people like it. Some don't. The people who go out there for the most part realize what it takes and what it does to a car.

I just know, I didn't lower the car, install multiple poly bushings, nice set of performance touring tires to just say hey this is what I got and now my car handles. I perfer proof my car holds its own. Personally People who do alot of work to their car and do not put it to the test don't really have anything to show for all the time and effort (or just money) put into it.

To Date the Eagle has Track time on the Dragstrip and on the Race track. I don't think many other LH cars can say that. In fact I know of only (I believe) one second gen (gold 300M iirc) that autocrosses, and I ve only known one other first gen to autocross as well (green corde iirc) And there a few guys here first and second gens who have done the dragstrip respectivly.

Now, If you wish to discuss further the merits of Autocrossing, Let's make a new thread. I would like to make this meet a success regardless of everyone preticapates in any extra activites over the weekend.
