Looking at the news online today and spotted a black Intrepid in this article's photo. Is this an undercover police vehicle of some sort??? From the fog lights, it is either an ES or an RT....

It's most likely an FBI vehicle. There's PLENTY around DC. And I mean Washington, not Chrysler...

Yeah... the FBI has lots of black Intrepids... So it probably should look like an intrepid.
