I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L high output. I had codes for both o2 sensors bank 2. I replaced booth sensors. The one before the catalytic converter is a universal one (had to cut wires and re use the plug) the rear one is OEM. I am now getting the p0175 code. It Idles rough and smooths out once rpm are brought up off idle. Any suggestions?

I'd buy an OEM upper O2 sensor and install it. Or buy one from NGK/NTK who supply OEM sensors. It's pretty common for our cars to be pissed when using O2 sensors other than OEM.
