Since I'm putting in a new suspension, I'm looking into painting it and steering knuckles first. I'm picking up the paint tomorrow, but looking for any tips and paint recommendations.

Get rid of all the rust (if any since you're in NC) and avoid painting parts together (such as the wheel bearing to the spindle).

I believe the only parts, that may have rust, are the sway bars, tension struts and coils. Everything else is new. I'm holding off on the spindles, for now. When getting rid of all rust, are you referring to surface rust? I'll post a picture, tomorrow, of the sways so you can see the rust.
I'm currently applying this product to a project of mine http://www.magnetpaints.com/underbody.asp
I am looking at POR-15 to use on non-maintenance parts like sway bars.

I'm looking at Duplicolor Engine Enamel.

POR-15 is good, but turns grey when exposed to UV rays. Also, it's a BI*CH to work with. Never heard of the chassis saver stuff, I'll have to look at it closer.

If you subscribe to threads, you can also use them as reference points too, without spamming the forums mate, just saying.
