I was talking to Shaun the other day and it seems like the 300m special flashes the fogs on panic and the intrepid flashes the lows.

Since they are very similar, i was wondering if there was a way to disable the fog and low beam flash on either vehicle. I will have hid fogs soon and i have hid lows, shaun has both now so either will flash.

Also that flash to pass, it flashes the fogs... anyone find out how to disable that relay connection so it doesnt do that.

As for the panic feature, i would just want it to flash the side markers or maybe signals like the GMs.

Any help from the experts would be appreciated.

A simple way to make the Fogs stay on for flash to pass would be to use a diode on a wire to let the light only flows to the fog, and not back to a acessory wire(or low beam). Mind you, in MA having more then 2 sets of lights on at a time is illegal ie highs and lows, or lows and fogs, but not highs + lows + fogs .

For your headlight flashing more elaborte ways would be to get your BCM flashed as a 300M Special, or Get a BCM from a Special, or use some relays and make a custom headlight harness.

I have the same issue by the way, I just pray that im quick enough with the keyless entry, and I never use panic.

LOL same here LOl.. i think i may look into the diode idea... ive done before for high beams...

In canada we can have 4 bulbs running at once... i wouldnt be running my fogs, lows and highs, but just in case i flash someone with my hid fogs on it would be painful for the ballasts to flash (fogs).... otherwise currently my halogen fog sequence is fine... plus i have dual highs LOL...

so all of my beams would be
-2 halogen 9005
-2 xenon d2s low beam
- xenon high beam mode
- 2 fogs H3 currently, later h3 kit projector fogs...

thats a lot of useless light HEHE...

Ill see how the harness turns out, most likely between the high beam relay and the fog relay since i think thats how they are connected anyways... i hope it doesnt blow something HEHE.. it will be fused.
