G. ATC Parts Install Make sure Battery is disconnected before advancing any farther.

1. At ATC lower harness, on the connecting harness going from dash to floor Remove Pin 13 (LG) & install heavy gauge black & in pin 15 install wire (see note) Pic title: g1
Cut large wire Pin 5 of C2 of MTC harness & connect to Black wire you installed on harness. Wire from Pin 15 will be connected to BCM later.

2. Install ATC Power module Harness, plug all mode selector adaptors into the Positions. (same positions at MTC). If you have complete harness. If not Plug in OEM connectors

3. Install ATC Power Module using the 2 screws from MTC Resistor block, Plug blower motor wire adaptor (black and green wires twisted together) back in Pic title: g3
You will need 8mm Long & Short

4. Plug large Wire Adapter from ATC Power module Harness Into matching adaptor on drivers-side. Pic title: g4 OMIT if you don't have complete harness Procede to step 6.

5. Run ATC Control Harness (extend the grounds (black, and Black with Grey) from ATC Harness. Black wire Pin 3 of C1 from MTC control harness (Natural Connector)

6. Un plug All 4 connectors on the BCM (computer behind junction Box). Pic title: g7

7. Connect orange wire from ATC harness to Orange wire Pin 12 on C1 from MTC Control Harness (Natural Connector)

8. Connect Red/Tan wire from ATC harness to Red/Tan wire on Black BCM connector/Harness. (Wire Position 22 on black BCM connector) Pin 10 on C1 from MTC Control Harness (Natural Connector), You will notice that this serves a different function for MTC & ATC but it's the same connection.

9. Connect Yellow/Dark Green wire from ATC harness to Yellow/Dark Green wire on Black BCM connector/Harness. (Wire Position 5 on Black BCM connector) Pic title: g10Use the wire leads from extra plug you grabbed to insert wire into empty slot on your plug.

10. Connect Red/Light Green wire from ATC Power Module harness ( From first step) to Red/Light Green wire on Black BCM connector/Harness. (Wire Position 6 on Black BCM connector) *Requires Extra wire to extend from center console to BCM. Pic title: g11 & g11-2.
Use the wire leads from extra plug you grabbed to insert wire into empty slot on your plug

11. Connect Violet/Yellow wire from ATC harness to Violet/Yellow wire on Grey BCM connector/Harness. (Wire Position 4 on Grey BCM connector). Pic title: g12

12. Connect Dark Blue/Grey wire from ATC harness to Dark Blue/Grey wire on Grey BCM connector/Harness. (Wire Position 8 on Grey BCM connector) Pic title: g13
At MTC harness Pin 4 on C1

13. Connect White wire from ATC harness to White wire on Green Junction Block connector/Harness. (Wire Position 9* on Green Junction Block connector) * 3 positions left of red wire Pic title: g14. At MTC harness Pin 5 on C1

14. Connect Pink wire from ATC harness to Pink wire on Green Junction Block connector/Harness. (Wire Position 10* on Green Junction Block connector) * 2 positions left of red wire Pic title: g15 . Pin 10 on C4. I had wire there so I spliced into it.

Now connect ATC harness to unit and run self diag on unit. Key in on position, set temp to 75F, hold down feet, feet & def, and front defrost. (Last 3 buttons). If no codes come up your good to go. if you do get codes track down and fix.
