Group,

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread to be able to access part numbers rather easily. Perhaps we could get this stickied....

This will be part numbers that we have come across over the years.
I would like to combine them in a single post in this thread.

Hope this is useful...

Tom - you had just posted the Prowler intake sticker in the whore thread - don't forget that one.

I propose it be set up like a how-to. A discusion thread, and a number thread - the number thread be locked and modified by a Moderator, but the discusion thread be where new numbers are poured in.

Comments?

4536492AB - SEAL-CAMSH
4556518AB - PLATE-CAMS

Rear cam covers and gaskets. Buy one of each for each side. These supersede the original plate & O-ring setup. Cost me under $10 total for two of each.

These fit 3.2's - but probably 3.5's as well. May want to verify with your local 5-Star.

Someone in the community just posted multiple years of the factory parts manuals in pdf. Might have been here or over at lhf.

Why not start off with a link to the pdf parts manuals and then list other things like prowler part numbers and any clarifications/supercessions to part numbers listed in the factory part manuals?

A good example of this could be the industry standard oring you can use to replace the leaky factory one on all the 3.5HO MTV valves. Another one is the rear cam seal stuff posted just above me. That huge list of OTIS/EVICs would be helpful too

I don't have the p/n's for the O-Ring...if you have access to them, post them here.

O-ring for the MTV on the 3.2/3.5HO engines:

AS568A Dash Number : 136
Width 3/32"
Inside Diameter 2"
Outside Diameter 2-3/16"

I chose an oring made from Viton. McMaster Carr p/n : 9464K136
The Viton can stand high heat and is firm. I had to lubricate the o-ring to get the MTV back on.
If I did it again, I would probably consider just using some Black RTV

I have found some additional pulleys that can be used in this application.
Powermaster makes OD pulleys that Jeg's now carries.
The one I went with for my newly rebuilt Police Alternator is:
713-115 - 49mm, Natural Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $7.99 @ Jegs

They also offer these:
713-114 - 54mm, Chrome Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $22.99
713-105 - 49mm, Chrome Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $19.99
713-104 - 54mm, Natural Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $8.99
713-175 - 46mm, Natural Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $21.99

You can look at the PowerMaster catalog here:
