My passenger window stopped working about a month ago. At first it would roll up with some guidance but now does not work at all. yesterday I took the door panel off to try an put it back on track. One of the metal strips that holds the window was not connected to anything, it just laid at the bottom of the door but I cant figure out where it goes. Does anyone have a diagram???

Maybe this will help:

Door Glass

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Front

See Figure 1

Fig. 1: Front door glass installation

Remove the door trim panel and upper trim retainer channel.

Connect the power window switch or install the window crank handle and lower the window to 2 in. (0.50 mm) from the bottom of travel.

Loosen the screws holding the regulator roller channel to the glass.

Slide the roller channel rearward to allow the screw heads to pass through the key hole slots in the channel.

Separate the glass from the roller channel.

Raise the glass upward and out of the opening at the top of the door.

To install:

Lower the glass into the opening at the top of the door.

Position the glass to the roller channel.

Insert the screw heads into the key hole slots in the roller channel and slide the channel forward to the locked position.

Tighten the screws holding the regulator roller channel to the glass.

Install the door trim panel and upper trim retainer channel.
