Hey everyone,

Been playing around with the how tos for photoshop but i have one problem is there a way to out line for instance the windows as if you were tinting them perfectly as my hand and mouse can not keep that perfect line i see in the how to's. i tried using the magnet way but failed terribly.

any help is appreciated

- once you've made a rough (lasso) selection you can add / subtract from it using the ctrl/ alt or shift keys. Zoom in a bit and clean it up.

- if you have good contrast in the window area the 'magic wand' might work well.

- not as good but 'select colour range' might help.

I use polygonal lasso and manually click around the perimeter of whatever I need selected. And you can use the add to selection or remove from selection buttons at the top to add more or take away from the area(s) you need selected.
