How to post pictures.

Okay, this will tell you how to post pictures in your signature, or in your posts in general

Okay, let me try to explain this:

1. You find a picture that you want to use. If it is on another web page, what you need to do is right click the picture, and then go to properties.
***If the picture you want to use isn't on a web-page yet, then you need to uplad the picture to your gallery. Keep in mind that if you're a non-premium member, the size of the picture must be quite small, or poor quality, since your gallery size is extremely small.***

2. If the picture is in your gallery, open the picture and right click properties. Copy the entire URL of the picture. If there are any numbers and/or symbols after the .jpg, .gif, (etc..) part of the picture, then don't copy that part.

-I.E.-

Copy everything but the numbers and symbols following the .jpg so you end up with....

http://palmenmotors.com/images/veh_99_dodge_intrepid.jpg

Got it so far? Good.

Now you're going to want to go into your user Control Panel (User CP) which can be found on the top menu in the forums area. Click on the "Edit Profile" tab to get to your signature setup. Now what you're going to do is type these exact symbols and letters into the signature text box (without the spaces between them): [ i m g ]

Then you're going to paste in the URL of the picture...

Then to wrap things up, just type these symbols and letters after the URL: [ / i m g ](minus the spaces) Your picture setup will look like this:

[ i m g ]http://palmenmotors.com/images/veh_99_dodge_intrepid.jpg[ / i m g ]

Now all you need to do is press "Submit Modifications" at the bottom of the page, and you've got yourself a signature picture. So when you type all of this out, you get this (or whatever your picture was):

Don't use spaces on the img tags, i did that because otherwise, the tags wouldn't show up. Okay? If you have any more questions I'll be glad to answer them. Hope I helped.
