Okay, what I did is replaced the cross over muffler with a high flow bullet muffler, and added another factory style muffler resonator on the passengerside of the car, I felt this would keep the noise down and keep the factory look and enough backpressure for the motor. I noticed on the new passengerside resonator a real small amount of black runoff, I will post pics of this setup later, it does look nice and like it came right from the factory. I noticed the acceleration from the bottom not pulling as hard, up top seemed just fine, maybe a little better. Will the computer need time to adjust to the more free flowing exhaust? Will the cross over muffler and resonator blow themselves out for a better flow later? :smiley_ab Input would be appreaciated. Thanx.
