99% Sure, everything except the front end and rear end should be the same as the LHS, I only say 99% because I have not looked into this but everything I've seen parts wise interchange etc tells me that it would be a perfect fit.

EDIT:
As usual TFC is right, Concorde and LHS part numbers show as same so then no it won't fit.

Factory parts list shows 3 different parts numbers 1 for Trep, 1 for 300, 1 for Concorde.

Further dealer corroberation would be wise if you are getting one to put in the 300.
