Taking out the gauge cluster is pretty easy, as long as you're patient. First, you have to take out the center section containing the vent, directly above the radio(there are no screws holding this section, just pops out). You also have to remove the section on the left around the headlight switch(there is one screw above the fuse panel). Then, take out the screws on the top and bottom of the cluster bezel(there are 2 on top, 2 on bottom). To make it easier, tilt your steering wheel as low as it will go to make more room. You will then see the screws that hold the cluster in, remove them. Then, gently wiggle the cluster. With the screws out, the only thing holding the cluster in are the 2 pin-style computer connections on the back of the cluster. Once you get those loose, it should pull right out.
