Is there a way I can remove a governor on my 97 Dodge Intrepid it max out at 116mi but it’s got a v6 3.3L engine in it

Simple answer, no, and why would you need to go faster than 116mph, out of curiosity?

Not with the 3.3l. There were a few limiter less pcm's for the 3.5l but they're not compatible.
