Let me start..............how the hell can I get a screwdriver to fit down there??? There's like no room down there!!!!!! Any tips????

1/4socket with a phillips bit in it has gotten me in a lot of tight spots.

Remove the whole damn glove box before even attempting this. I recommend removing the seat as well, but it's not necessary.

I just want to add that be careful when buying aftermarket parts. I bought one blower resistor for my 2001 Concorde and I only got speeds 0 2 4 instead of 0 1 2 3 4 (meaning speed 1 is the same than speed 2 and speed 3 is the same than speed 4).

The particular resistor I bought looks like a rectangle dipped in green epoxy.

I am not sure if the particular part is defective or not but looking at the wiring diagram I don't see how this fault can happen without the blower resistor being specifically designed to behave that way... so basically it's a cheap knockoff with missing speeds.

And about accessing the blower motor resistor, I was able to do it just by removing the AC air duct to the passenger feet. I layed down on the seat but backwards, my head down and foot to the headrest.
Then with the proper tools (ratchet socket) it can be done. Definitely not very comfortable but quick.
