my condolences to everyone that lives in the upper midwest, including myself. as real hunting seasons open, rice hunting season has come to a cold, white, disgusting, sloppy halt. don't fret too much though, guys...i have this hunch they'll still be around in the spring. ;)

I'm sorry to hear that, I know how much u guys love rice hunting season. But don't worry i'll be sure to cook some rice, in your name here in miami

Here in Cow-poop land they still got rice until the first snow fall... Thats when they put them in the Garage for more yellow stripe treatment...

heh, it's not as bad here as it is in SD. there was over a foot in sioux falls tuesday alone, here it's just now reached about a foot. i had to go drive today and it wasn't that fun. it took me 20 minutes to dig out! :mad:

Yeah i hear ya there. My dad makes me park in the driveway (and i hav a nicer car :p ), so i can wait till "digging" season starts....i swear i go through "Liquid Heet" like a bastard... :rolleyes:

Ahh, snow. It is supposed to be 60 degrees here in Boston today, highly unusual for this area close to December.

The weather can be freaky in N.E., so I am hoping to get at least one kill in with the Intrepid before the snow and ice arrives. After that it will be Jeep time.

Here's to another long winter, gentlemen. I feel your pain.

been in the mid 80's here all week...


..and the rice is still in full effect here.
not that it ever goes away.
