Im thinking about buying and installing a power antenna to replace the stock antenna that comes with 1st gen Intrepids. I was wondering if anyones already done that and if its easy enough to do ....

And has anyone gone for leather seat covers - cos Im looking for a set for my car. Right now, Ive got those shitty cheap ass wallmart covers and I wanna get rid of em ASAP. Did any of you have any problems with the leather covers during the summer (fading etc?) and is there a place to grab em online?

I do not think I would go for covers, spend the extra money and get it redone, it will be well worth your money. Covers are cheap ****, Im totaly against them, unless you are on a budget and have hudge holes in your seats.

Go to a junk yard bro and pick you some leather seats from a first generation intrepid. once you go leather you wont go back

Thats what i think i am going to do if i can get them for fairly cheap. Im gonna call around tommorow

My seats are fine - I just wanted to make sure I keep em in good shape! My friends can be assholes sometimes so I dont want anyone to drop a can of pop or a beer on the seats and ruin the interior.Thats why I stuck with the cheap ass seat covers I already had.But they really look bad and thats why I decided to buy a new set - cant seem to find a place to buy em online though.

I will be going to the junkyard this weekend to pick up my new hub caps so Ill look around for leather seats.
