L allows red-line only shifts 1-2-3 (into third only if it'll allow it)
3 Will hold the shifts later. 4th gear is locked out, shift speed is 1-2 @ 20mph 2-3 @ 40 mph. Slowing to a stop will also downshift into lower gears.
D up to P are normal gears.
hope that clears that part up. Only the Auto Stick trannys have a "true" manual shift ability.
