It seems to be really slow off the line. It has brand new spark plugs, and I ran some injector cleaner through just a few weeks ago. Any idea on what is wrong or what can be done to fix this?

Have you put on a new fuel filter ? Also may want to get some cleaner to spray out the throttle body's too.

Do a quick tune up.

You already got new plugs, Good start. Now get some Seafoam Deep Creep. Replace the fuel filter, PCV Valve and the air filter if possible.

Finally an oil change, especially after the Sea Foam.

a 3.5??? you may want to take a peek at your timing belt,, maybe jumped a tooth,,, just a hunch

You might try another throttle position sensor too.
