That's about 1 foot of snow that we got last night Anyways, it took me about 20 minutes to clean off my car this morning....

We just got our annual "snow storm" up here in the PNW. After a massive 1.5" (yes...that's " not ') of new stuff fell, the State Patrol reported over 400 weather related accidents resulting in about 4-5 deaths.

I'm tellin ya...Seattle drivers blow chunks. This must be the only place where an inch of snow can cause a region of 3+ million people to shut everything down. My favorite part is when the local cable news channel (NWCN) started covering "Winter Storm 2002" round the clock for about 48 hours.

Nope, that's next week.

Anyways, 18 inches of snow doesn't even phase us here. Maybe in the Southern states, this would be a national emergency, but not here

wish it would snow that much here... I'm in the same area as cj. I was behind someone goig up a hill... they had a grand cherokee and they kept slowing down, speeding up, then slowing down again. Between about 5 and 10 mph. It was irritating me because I couldn't keep a steady speed because of that dumbass. It was compact snow and ice and I almost got stuck because of losing all my momentum. With a line of 6 or so cars behind this guy, he never even pulled over. (the forgotten law about holding up 5 or more vehicles). Anyways, when it comes to snow, people in the seattle area are dumbsh!ts. Wish is would snow that much so everyone else would stay home!

Virgina drivers aren't that great here either...we get some snow and the morons think its 90 and sunny and they can still stop an a dime. Last one we got I'm keeping the speed down to 55 on the highway, can't see the lines and people are blowing past me like I'm going backwards. I can't wait to move back to the land of the free (Maryland).

Hell, one inch of snow in the southern states is a national emergency!

Here in Detroit we have about 4-10 inches of snow with .25-.75 inches of ice. I grew up on the west side of the state in lake effect snow country so this **** doens't even phase me. And to think just a few days ago it was spring weather!

Kinda looks like what Ottawa does today. Just a constant downpour of snow that started about noon. Unfortunately, we are guaranteed weather like this each and every year.

We were doing okay til today and tomorrow. And when the snow finally stops, then a cold front comes in and drops the merc really cold. So the snow we get in December stays until late March, early April. Very few, if any, thaws here to rid our streets of snow.

I wanna move south.

Us here in Michigan are just getting blasted with snow, it hasnt stopped since Dec. 24th it finnally stopped the 27th, these pics were taken this morning (12-26), we got another 6 inches overnight, and its still coming, we are suppose to get another 6-11" today! Gosh, we got our white Christmas! you can kinda see my clear corners as well.

NOTE: I park in a garage, the snow on the bumper is fron the drive up the driveway!

I wish we still got that much snow in Ohio. The past couple of weeks it has been going from the 20's to the 50's like every other day. We get snow, then 2 days later we are cruisin with our windows down, wearing tshirts. Then 2 more days and there's 2 inches of snow. A few years ago we used to get a lot of snow. Mother Nature must have hit menopause or something. Or she's PMSing, cuz her mood changes every 2 days
