Hey guys, figured I throw out some pics of my current car. Have done a few mods, but didn't have to time to finish before the weather turned cold. So its currently in winter storage awaiting warm weather again to finish up.

Still got a quite a bit to finish up, so be gentle with the comments. LOL.

Thanks

Thanks for the kind words.

trepping3.3hard you are correct. The car is bagged on 24's. I still consider it a few mods because I have a long ways to go still. LOL.

Very nice lookin 300C you got there. I'm really digging the color matched grill!!! How does it ride on the bags?
Thanks. Its actually a color matched Grip Grill. Looks very similiar to stock, which is what I really liked about it.

As far as the bags, I am running a UAS kit, along with their adjustable Konis. Ride is excellent. Body roll is reduced to almost nothing, handles much better than the factory equipment, but is not a harsh ride at all. Probably closer to a performance suspension feel as far as ride quality at regular ride height.

Well the stereo has a ways to go still. I need to finish up the fiberglass amp rack cover, led lighting, some plexi etc. Still need to build a false floor as well. Interior wise, I need to have my sub box custom foamed to match the factory back seat look and then have it uphoulstered (sp?). Then of course its on to motor work after that. But that might take a back burner till I get my truck back up and running.

And as far as the bags, read my post above. Not really a soft cushy ride. More performance ride charateristics than soft/floaty.

The 300C's have the 5.7 Hemi. The SRT 8's have the 6.1L Hemi. When i ordered it, I wanted the gas mileage of the 5.7L with MDS. But now that has all changed. Haha. So it will probably get pulled for a 426 Hemi with either a turbo or supercharger eventually. But that is quite few dollars off.

I also have a 99 Dakota R/T. Motor is pretty much the stock 360 with a Kenne Bell supercharger and an ACCEL DFI. But its been sitting in storage for the last 3 years untouched, so not sure what all will need fixed or replaced to get it back on the road.

Here's some pics of the truck before I parked it in storage.

Truck looks great! I always wanted a bagged car..now I'm really contemplating it. I always thought the ride would be too soft with crazy body roll. but after hearing what you said...I'm gonna shop around again!!
If you want more info, email me at [email protected] I don't know the forum rules for posting non supporting vendor links here, but I can get you in touch with the right people. Keep in mind, not all bag setups ride and handle the same way.

What is the factory suspension on the Intrepids? Struts in front and small coil in the rears? Or is it struts all the way around? How much does the suspension differ from the 300M's?

My setup is all bolt in using the existing factory struts and shocks, but I opted to go with the Koni adjustables that became available for my car.

Hahahaha. Yes a job is a must. I have actually at times worked 3 jobs to save up for things I have put into my vehicles. And I was a part owner of a stereo shop for 3 years, so that helped as well. LOL.
