Ok - I noticed this on my 'Trep the other day - according to my service guy, it's just poor design, and not a flaw.

Someone go outside and look at the outer window sweep seal on their doors. The piece that's mounted against the top edge of the door and fits up snug against the window. Are they ONE piece all the way across each door? Or is there a small break anywhere near either end, like where the seal starts to go vertical?

I'd take a picture, but my digicam's out on loan...

I wondering if I need to press the issue with my service dept or just accept it as a lousy seal design...

Thanks!

I've noticed that on my Intrepid too. There are two pieces. One along the top and then when the door frame curves downward there is another piece. Definitely two pieces with a gap inbetween :(

Weeeeelll sonofabitch! Thanks for giving a look-see! I was hoping that someone would say theirs was all one piece...
