Went to a private event at Norwalk Raceway Park in Norwalk, OH over the weekend. The owners of the track own the IHRA series, and have the championship event there every year. This is the premier drag racing facility in the Midwest for sure, and perhaps arguably, one of the best facilities in North America...Check them out....

What was your increase in HP? Or increased Track time.

Then how much are you planning on selling your kit for?

Then when are you planning on selling your kit?

Don't mean to sound pushy. Just trying to plan ahead. :grinyes:

Along with the spacer I was thinking about some exhaust work. I think it was D76 who wrote it as well. :listen:

I am going to talk to my machinist and see where we can get the price at.
It depends on where the manufacturing costs are going to be at....then I will make the final decision.

Although, after talking to some colleagues about this mod...I think that this is the start of the "next step" in mods. The spacer does indeed shift the power band to the point that the car needs more grunt off the line. So, I am working now to secure a higher stall torque converter. IMO, this has always been a weak spot on these cars, now that the spacer is installed, it is clearly evident.

Keep this in mind...the spacer does what it should, but like most mods....it creates another weakness....

PowerDemon ...???
I have sent a correspondence to them a week ago.
I will resend the request.
I am going to try a couple of other places too.
I am thinking of a 2800-3000 stall speed.
That should wake it up fairly well, don't you think??

3k is about where the power band starts to kick so I'd say that's a good choice ...
