When I am driving fast and then apply brakes, my steering wheel shakes/vibrates. What might be the cause??

Could it be warped rotors. I had machined rotors and had new brake pads installed a year ago.

Physically looking at the rotors - they look goood
Still lot of pad left on the brake pad.

I would say since its while you're braking, its most likely not a suspension issue and probably warped rotors. My old cavalier's rotors got to the point that everytime I would hit the brakes I had to fight to keep the car going straight.

Machining your rotors only lasts for a short time.......you need new rotors.
