Hey 97purple_trep, yes you can convert the rear drums to disk brakes. It is not too hard either, apparently. Go to www.stillen.com, they have a drum to disk conversion kit for our car. I have a feeling it is kinda pricey though, but I think I will check it out, because I like having great brakes....it's the only thing that stops you from going into the ass end of the car in front of you! Or, you could steal the parts off a trep at a boneyard....BUT, you would need to get the brake lines too, because the disk brakes have different pressures than the drums...
