I've got a 2000 Intrepid, base model, with a 2.7L. I've got nearly 100,000 miles on her and the front suspension is starting to really knock, so I am sure I've got a ball joint or two really ready to retire to the beach.

Would someone please give me a complete list of the parts I will need to rebuild the front end and while I am at it, make it tighter and lower the stance of the car? Also, if there are any recommendations for the rear end as well, that would be great.

It has been many years such I rebuilt the front end of a car, and it was on a old muscle car to boot. It was easy to research that car because of the big market for it but on my Intrepid I just feel clueless.

Thanks guys!

depending on what exactly you are looking to spend

inner tie rod ends
outer tie rod ends
struts, replace the bearing on the top and the spring isolaters ( i think thats what they are called)
elbach/intrax/or springs from a M special
sway arm links
while you are at it, rack and bushings
ball joints
replace the half shafts
motor mounts and for the lack of a better term K sub frame bushings
if you install a 3.5 motor its heaver, will cause the front to squat more ;)

i am sure others will chime in and offer more advice or something that i have missed.
