i think you may only find a recall on the fuel rails for the 3.5.
i may be wrong ,let me know

no i remember DI.net used to have a section dedicated to Recalls and there was a huge list for each year.

i think the only ones that they will fix are the life threatening ones . for free that is. so they may cover it . let us know.
i also have a 97 3.3
the air bag one was the only one in the safety section.
